A reuni\u00e3o ser\u00e1 no dia 7 de abril.\n<\/p>\n<p>A deslistagem prev\u00ea a incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o da totalidade das a\u00e7\u00f5es do Carrefour Brasil em uma sociedade detida integralmente pelo Carrefour Fran\u00e7a.
