Segundo o PGR, a medida se justificaria para \u201cassegurar a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da lei penal\u201d.\n<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e9o \u00cdndio, que j\u00e1 havia sido denunciado por crimes como associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa armada e golpe de Estado, teve o passaporte cancelado em janeiro de 2023.
