Ele pode ser impresso em uma impressora 3D.  <em> John Tlumacki\/Equipe Globe<\/em>\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/header>\n<p>O bra\u00e7o de lobby da National Rifle Association disse que desafiar\u00e1 o novo projeto de lei de reforma de armas Governadora Maura Healey <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boston.com\/news\/politics\/2024\/07\/25\/healey-signs-bill-cracking-down-on-hard-to-trace-ghost-gun\/\">sancionada na semana passada<\/a>que o grupo chamou de \u201cum dos projetos de lei de controle de armas mais extremos do pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A lei fortalece a supervis\u00e3o sobre \u201carmas fantasmas\u201d \u2014 armas de fogo caseiras, n\u00e3o serializadas, que n\u00e3o podem ser rastreadas, e armas feitas com uma impressora 3D. A lei tamb\u00e9m expande a lei da bandeira vermelha de Massachusetts, permitindo que familiares, profissionais de sa\u00fade, autoridades policiais e de licenciamento peticionem para suspender o direito de uma pessoa de portar uma arma.<\/p>\n<p>O diretor executivo do Instituto de A\u00e7\u00e3o Legislativa da NRA, Randy Kozuch, disse que a NRA \u201cir\u00e1 contestar esta lei para restaurar os direitos garantidos aos moradores de Bay Staters pela Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o dos EUA\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCom a assinatura do governador Healey, Massachusetts promulgou uma das leis mais flagrantes e restritivas de liberdade da hist\u00f3ria da Comunidade\u201d, disse Kozuch em uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cSomos gratos ao grupo bipartid\u00e1rio de legisladores que se op\u00f4s aos registros de armas e \u00e0 proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de armas de fogo de propriedade comum e carregadores padr\u00e3o.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A medida foi aprovada facilmente tanto na C\u00e2mara dos Representantes de Massachusetts quanto no Senado, mas alguns democratas cruzaram o corredor para se opor \u00e0 medida. O projeto de lei foi aprovado no Senado por 35-5, onde o senador estadual Marc Pacheco de Taunton se juntou aos quatro republicanos para se opor a ele.<\/p>\n<p>Na C\u00e2mara, os representantes Colleen Garry de Dracut, Patricia Haddad de Somerset, Kathleen LaNatra de Kingston, David Robertson de Tewksbury, Alan Silvia de Fall River, Jeffrey Turco de Winthrop e Jonathan Zlotnik de Gardner votaram contra o projeto de lei.
