class=\"a-photo__caption\">\n\t<em> <\/em>\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/header>\n<p>Um homem de 40 anos foi preso duas vezes em 77 horas por supostamente dirigir b\u00eabado em Chelmsford na semana passada, segundo a pol\u00edcia.<\/p>\n<p>Cesar De Sousa Coutinho, de Lowell, foi preso pela primeira vez em 24 de julho, quando um policial observou um GMC Terria preto de 2014 passar apenas com o pisca-alerta ligado. <a href=\"https:\/\/chelmsfordpd.com\/chelmsford-police-arrest-lowell-man-twice-in-77-hours-on-oui-charges\/\">de acordo com uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o do Departamento de Pol\u00edcia de Chelmsford<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Um policial se aproximou do ve\u00edculo e relatou ter encontrado Coutinho, com \u201colhos vidrados e forte odor de \u00e1lcool\u201d, sentado ao lado de uma pequena garrafa de \u00e1lcool no banco do passageiro.<\/p>\n<p>Coutinho foi indiciado no Tribunal Distrital de Lowell em 25 de julho e liberado mediante fian\u00e7a, tendo sua licen\u00e7a suspensa, de acordo com o comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>Por volta das 2 da manh\u00e3 do dia 28 de julho, outro policial viu o mesmo ve\u00edculo na \u00e1rea da Chelmsford Street e Central Square, que permaneceu parado em um sinal vermelho piscando por mais de 15 segundos antes de &#8220;bater abruptamente em um meio-fio&#8221;, disseram as autoridades. <\/p>\n<p>O departamento disse que um policial parou o ve\u00edculo e encontrou Coutinho, que supostamente apresentava sinais de embriaguez, e descobriu sua carteira de motorista suspensa.<\/p>\n<p>Coutinho foi ent\u00e3o preso pela segunda vez. <\/p>\n<p>Coutinho est\u00e1 enfrentando in\u00fameras acusa\u00e7\u00f5es pelos dois incidentes, incluindo dirigir sob influ\u00eancia de \u00e1lcool, viola\u00e7\u00e3o de faixa demarcada, posse de uma garrafa aberta de \u00e1lcool em um ve\u00edculo motorizado, opera\u00e7\u00e3o negligente de um ve\u00edculo motorizado e dirigir ap\u00f3s a suspens\u00e3o da carteira, disse a pol\u00edcia.<\/p>\n<p>Na segunda acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de Coutinho, em 29 de julho, o juiz ordenou que ele fosse solto mediante fian\u00e7a e estabeleceu condi\u00e7\u00f5es para que ele &#8220;n\u00e3o dirigisse, n\u00e3o consumisse \u00e1lcool e se submetesse a exames de alcoolemia quatro vezes ao dia&#8221;, disse o comunicado. <\/p>\n<p>A pr\u00f3xima data de audi\u00eancia em
