Sete avisos foram protocolados no Tribunal Superior de Worcester na \u00faltima segunda-feira, e nos tribunais distritais de Fitchburg e Leominster na \u00faltima quarta-feira. <\/p>\n<p>Em vez de uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o, um porta-voz do gabinete de Early disse que o nolle prosequi \u201cfala por si\u201d. Cada documento tem uma linguagem padr\u00e3o e \u00e9 quase id\u00eantico. <\/p>\n<p>O MSP tem sido objeto de muita <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bostonglobe.com\/2023\/10\/26\/opinion\/police-wiretaps-warrant-callyo-app\/\">escrut\u00ednio <\/a>sobre o uso da tecnologia de grava\u00e7\u00e3o. O escrit\u00f3rio de Early descobriu quase 30 grava\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o identificadas anteriormente, o que motivou uma auditoria na primavera passada.
