Corcoran &#038; Co.<\/em>\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/header>\n<p>O arrendamento est\u00e1 em andamento em <a href=\"https:\/\/www.duoapts.com\/\">DUO<\/a>um novo complexo de apartamentos em Chelsea que ocupou o local do antigo empreendimento habitacional p\u00fablico Innes.<\/p>\n<p>Localizado na Avenida Central, o Duo unir\u00e1 grande parte daquela antiga comunidade de habita\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica com novos moradores em \u00e1reas de pre\u00e7o de mercado. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boston.com\/tag\/renting\/?p1=header_subnav\">apartamentos<\/a>uni\u00e3o que inspirou o nome do edif\u00edcio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsses moradores foram realocados, e o pr\u00e9dio foi demolido\u201d, disse Cynthia Buckley, diretora de marketing da John M. Corcoran &#038; Co. \u201cSer\u00e1 uma boa mistura de novos moradores e aqueles que retornam a um pr\u00e9dio totalmente novo.
