Um mercado equilibrado oferece pelo menos um suprimento de estoque de cinco meses. O estoque do mercado de condom\u00ednios de Boston ficou em 3,76 meses no segundo trimestre, um aumento de 37,2% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao segundo trimestre de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>O que isso significa para o comprador de condom\u00ednio? taxas de hipoteca s\u00e3o altas<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boston.com\/real-estate\/home-buying\/2024\/08\/07\/home-price-toward-1m-expect-pay-more\/\">os pre\u00e7os est\u00e3o subindo<\/a>e o estoque ainda est\u00e1 muito aqu\u00e9m do que deveria ser.<\/p>\n<p>Enquanto isso, o pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio por metro quadrado subiu 11,2%, para US$ 985, e o pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio de venda subiu
