O pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio de lista para uma casa l\u00e1 era de US$ 345.000.<\/p>\n<p>O mercado imobili\u00e1rio chegou \u00e0s suas conclus\u00f5es com base em um algoritmo que leva em conta a demanda do mercado (medida por visualizadores \u00fanicos) e o ritmo do mercado (medido pelo n\u00famero de dias em que uma listagem permanece ativa no site). Ele analisou as listagens de janeiro a junho. A lista dos principais c\u00f3digos postais \u00e9 limitada a um por \u00e1rea metropolitana.<\/p>\n<p>As entradas de Massachusetts refletem a crescente necessidade de moradias mais acess\u00edveis e o impulso para encontr\u00e1-las al\u00e9m dos centros urbanos. A primeira entrada do estado na lista foi Salem, que chegou ao 3\u00ba lugar, com um pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio de lista de US$ 596.000. As casas nesta cidade de North Shore passaram uma m\u00e9dia de 16 dias no mercado. Leominster, no Condado de Worcester, e Westfield, no Condado de Hampden, ficaram em 7\u00ba e 8\u00ba lugar, respectivamente.
