Os policiais observaram o passageiro da frente [sic] inclinou-se para a frente e pediu que ele se sentasse ereto para poder ver suas m\u00e3os.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Os policiais pediram ao passageiro, mais tarde identificado como Torres, para sair do ve\u00edculo, disse a pol\u00edcia. Ele supostamente se recusou, e a pol\u00edcia disse que os policiais abriram a porta do carro e novamente supostamente o viram curvado para frente. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cOs policiais revistaram o suspeito e recuperaram uma arma de fogo em sua cintura\u201d, disse a pol\u00edcia. <\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a pol\u00edcia, uma pistola de \u00e1gua tamb\u00e9m foi recuperada do carro.
