Gardner Barker<\/a>o antigo chefe de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lipton.com\/us\/en\/\">Lipton Ch\u00e1 Co.<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFoi passado de gera\u00e7\u00e3o em gera\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, disse Walters ao Boston.com.<\/p>\n<p>Foi constru\u00eddo no final da d\u00e9cada de 1880 por um William Barker, que ent\u00e3o o legou para sua irm\u00e3, e dela foi para o sobrinho. \u201cO sobrinho era Gardner Barker, e ele foi o \u00faltimo propriet\u00e1rio dentro da fam\u00edlia Barker\u201d, explicou Walters.<\/p>\n<p>A casa permaneceu na fam\u00edlia Barker at\u00e9 1990. Desde ent\u00e3o, teve dois propriet\u00e1rios, incluindo os atuais vendedores.
