As acusa\u00e7\u00f5es contra ele violam os termos de sua entrada legal. <\/p>\n<p>Desire foi preso pela pol\u00edcia de Mansfield em 28 de agosto e acusado de agress\u00e3o indecente e agress\u00e3o a uma crian\u00e7a menor de 14 anos. O escrit\u00f3rio de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es de Remo\u00e7\u00e3o e Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do ICE de Boston registrou uma ordem de deten\u00e7\u00e3o de imigra\u00e7\u00e3o contra ele na pol\u00edcia de Mansfield ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o. <\/p>\n<p>Ele foi indiciado no Tribunal Distrital de Attleboro em 29 de agosto e foi preso por oficiais do ERO Boston em 30 de agosto, disseram autoridades. Os pedidos de deten\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o solicita\u00e7\u00f5es oficiais do ICE para a pol\u00edcia local, com o objetivo de notificar os oficiais federais o mais cedo poss\u00edvel, antes que os \u201cn\u00e3o cidad\u00e3os remov\u00edveis\u201d sejam liberados da cust\u00f3dia. <\/p>\n<p>Em mar\u00e7o, outro migrante haitiano <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boston.com\/news\/local-news\/2024\/08\/14\/ice-arrests-haitian-national-accused-of-raping-girl-at-rockland-shelter\/\">supostamente estuprada<\/a> uma garota de 15 anos em um abrigo em Massachusetts e foi presa logo depois. Nesse caso, uma ordem de deten\u00e7\u00e3o de imigra\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m foi apresentada, mas o Tribunal Superior do Condado de Plymouth &#8220;recusou-se a honrar&#8221; a ordem de deten\u00e7\u00e3o e o suspeito foi libertado sob fian\u00e7a em junho.
