N\u00e3o h\u00e1 artefatos pessoais, sinais de desgaste \u2014 os fatores que ajudam voc\u00ea a imaginar uma casa como um lar.<\/p>\n<p>O virtual staging pode ajudar um comprador a visualizar como um c\u00f4modo pode parecer, mas \u00e9 \u00fatil saber quando \u00e9 apenas uma simula\u00e7\u00e3o.
