Ele supostamente criou pelo menos 27 contas exclusivas de m\u00eddia social para assediar a v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n<p>Os documentos de acusa\u00e7\u00e3o dizem que Florence conheceu a v\u00edtima em 2017. Desde ent\u00e3o, ele supostamente postou fotos da v\u00edtima online, que foram editadas para faz\u00ea-la aparecer totalmente ou seminua. Ele tamb\u00e9m supostamente postou informa\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais da v\u00edtima online e encorajou os espectadores a contat\u00e1-la. Ele postou informa\u00e7\u00f5es como seu nome, endere\u00e7o, informa\u00e7\u00f5es de contato profissional e at\u00e9 mesmo cores que ela havia tingido o cabelo, disseram os promotores. <\/p>\n<p>Os promotores dizem que uma legenda que Florence escreveu dizia \u201cPoste e compartilhe-a em todos os lugares. Torne a prostituta famosa.\u201d A declara\u00e7\u00e3o disse que ele supostamente usou chatbots de IA programados com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais da v\u00edtima para falar com os usu\u00e1rios do site. Florence supostamente postou o nome, fotos e informa\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais da v\u00edtima em pelo menos 13 sites separados, disseram os promotores.<\/p>\n<p>Os promotores disseram que ele criou contas de m\u00eddia social em nome da v\u00edtima. Ele teria usado suas fotos e marcado postagens com frases como &#8220;Aceite, sua exposi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 permanente, vagabunda&#8221; e &#8220;Aproveite sua exposi\u00e7\u00e3o, sua vagabunda safada. Voc\u00ea pertence \u00e0 Internet&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p>  A v\u00edtima recebeu pelo menos 60 mensagens de texto, e-mails ou liga\u00e7\u00f5es angustiantes de remetentes desconhecidos discutindo as postagens que Florence supostamente fez, disse o comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs supostas a\u00e7\u00f5es do r\u00e9u representam uma janela assustadora para os perigos do ass\u00e9dio online e do cyberstalking na era digital\u201d, disse Levy. \u201cUsar tecnologia avan\u00e7ada para manipular, atormentar e humilhar algu\u00e9m publicamente por anos n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas repreens\u00edvel, \u00e9 criminoso.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Uma acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de cyberstalking pode levar a at\u00e9 cinco anos de pris\u00e3o, tr\u00eas anos de liberdade supervisionada e uma multa de $ 250.000.
