Cada acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de crime grave pode acarretar at\u00e9 sete anos de pris\u00e3o, mostram documentos judiciais.<\/p>\n<p>Documentos judiciais mostram que a pol\u00edcia foi inicialmente \u00e0 casa de Gignilliat em 10 de junho, depois que um vizinho do outro lado da rua supostamente ouviu algu\u00e9m batendo em um cachorro. Os policiais conduziram uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e descobriram que Gignilliat supostamente abusou de dois c\u00e3es sob seus cuidados, mostra um relat\u00f3rio policial.
