A a\u00e7\u00e3o do senador \u00e9 motivada por alega\u00e7\u00f5es de que a pris\u00e3o pode ter se baseado em informa\u00e7\u00f5es falsas, sugerindo a pr\u00e1tica de um crime doloso ou, pelo menos, uma infra\u00e7\u00e3o disciplinar.\n<\/p>\n<p>Marinho argumenta que a pris\u00e3o de Martins e a subsequente investiga\u00e7\u00e3o do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) contra o Deputado Federal Marcel Van Hatten violam a inviolabilidade do mandato parlamentar.
