Ela se entregou na quinta-feira, disse a pol\u00edcia.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-savino-allegedly-kept-22-animals-in-unsafe-conditions-police-say\">Savino supostamente manteve 22 animais em condi\u00e7\u00f5es inseguras, diz a pol\u00edcia<\/h2>\n<p>Uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o de fatos apresentada ao tribunal disse que a pol\u00edcia chegou \u00e0 casa de Savino em 18 de outubro depois que vizinhos relataram sons de animais \u201cchorando, latindo e arranhando canis\u201d vindos de dentro do por\u00e3o da casa. Al\u00e9m disso, a pol\u00edcia disse que j\u00e1 havia um mandado de busca para Savino, devido a uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o bem-estar de v\u00e1rios cavalos em sua propriedade. <\/p>\n<p>Quando a pol\u00edcia chegou, disseram, encontraram os 22 animais em condi\u00e7\u00f5es supostamente inseguras e insalubres. <\/p>\n<p>Documentos judiciais dizem que a pol\u00edcia de Middleborough, juntamente com a Sociedade de Massachusetts para a Preven\u00e7\u00e3o da Crueldade contra os Animais, encontraram um \u201cmin\u00fasculo\u201d recipiente Tupperware contendo uma tartaruga malhada e uma gaiola contendo uma cobaia no ch\u00e3o da cozinha. O comunicado dizia que a \u00e1gua da tartaruga estava \u201csuja\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>No por\u00e3o, a pol\u00edcia disse ter encontrado os 17 c\u00e3es e dois gatos em gaiolas do canil. A pol\u00edcia disse que um cachorro n\u00e3o respondia e os primeiros respoderes removeram \u201cimediatamente\u201d o cachorro de casa para receber cuidados m\u00e9dicos. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs caixas estavam forradas com jornais cobertos de fezes e urina\u201d, dizia o documento. \u201cAs caixas n\u00e3o continham comida nem \u00e1gua.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>O documento dizia que a maioria dos animais parecia emaciada. A pol\u00edcia disse que uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o descobriu que Savino s\u00f3 verificava os animais uma vez por semana e que ningu\u00e9m morava permanentemente na casa. <\/p>\n<p>Savino entregou os animais na quinta-feira, disse a pol\u00edcia. Nove dos c\u00e3es est\u00e3o sob os cuidados do Abrigo de Animais de Middleborough, enquanto oito est\u00e3o sob os cuidados do MSPCA.
