No m\u00eas passado, o aluguel m\u00e9dio de um quarto diminuiu quase 2%, para US$ 1.510.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Once renting season ends, the national rent median drops.\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" id=\"datawrapper-chart-jGdwY\" src=\"https:\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/jGdwY\/4\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"width: 0; min-width: 100% !important; border: none;\" height=\"446\" data-external=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>As maiores quedas ocorreram no Sul, onde \u00e9 5% mais barato alugar do que era na \u00e9poca do ano passado, provavelmente devido ao aumento da constru\u00e7\u00e3o, de acordo com o relat\u00f3rio. No Sudoeste, a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o geral dos pre\u00e7os dos alugu\u00e9is foi de 6%.<\/p>\n<p>Boston subiu uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o na escala de pre\u00e7os para se tornar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apartmentadvisor.com\/market-reports\">a terceira cidade mais cara para locat\u00e1rios<\/a> na na\u00e7\u00e3o. Burlington, Vermont, tamb\u00e9m ficou entre os 10 primeiros, ficando em 9\u00ba lugar, enquanto Portland, Maine, nomeada pela RentCaf\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boston.com\/real-estate\/real-estate-news\/2024\/11\/11\/most-livable-metro-not-boston\/\">o metr\u00f4 mais habit\u00e1vel do pa\u00eds<\/a>pousou na 12\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Providence ficou em 15\u00ba lugar, logo atr\u00e1s de Honolulu.
