classifica\u00e7\u00e3o baixa<\/h3>\n<p>Na \u00e1rea metropolitana de Boston, 16,2% dos compradores de casas tinham 55 anos ou mais, uma percentagem muito inferior \u00e0 m\u00e9dia nacional de 21,2%,
