Outro ocupante do ve\u00edculo foi atendido com ferimentos de bala, sem risco de vida, e o motorista saiu ileso.<\/p>\n<p>Lance Morales, 23 anos, de Waterbury, foi preso em Porto Rico no s\u00e1bado depois que a pol\u00edcia de Hartford o identificou como o suposto atirador, disse o US Marshals Service. O v\u00eddeo mostrou o carro de Mercado estacionado quando Morales supostamente parou ao lado do carro e abriu fogo, segundo a pol\u00edcia.<\/p>\n<p>Morales foi acusado de duas acusa\u00e7\u00f5es de homic\u00eddio, agress\u00e3o em primeiro grau, porte criminoso de arma de fogo, tentativa criminosa de cometer agress\u00e3o em primeiro grau e homic\u00eddio em circunst\u00e2ncias especiais, disseram os Marshals.<\/p>\n<p>Mercado e seu filho estavam <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boston.com\/news\/crime\/2024\/11\/20\/mass-woman-and-infant-child-killed-in-conn-drive-by-shooting\/\">ambos de Springfield<\/a>mas o Messias estava no sistema de assist\u00eancia social do estado, MassLive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.masslive.com\/news\/2024\/11\/baby-killed-in-hartford-drive-by-shooting-was-in-foster-care-in-mass.html\">relatado<\/a>. A ag\u00eancia disse que est\u00e1 investigando a situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Quando a pol\u00edcia suspeitou que Morales havia fugido para Porto Rico, a For\u00e7a-Tarefa de Fugitivos Violentos de Porto Rico dos Marshals interveio e prendeu-o em uma resid\u00eancia em Fajardo, de acordo com os Marshalls.
