A pol\u00edcia disse que o homem foi contratado por um morador para instalar luzes de Natal em uma grande \u00e1rvore usando um poste. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cParece que o poste usado esteve pr\u00f3ximo ou entrou em contato com uma linha el\u00e9trica prim\u00e1ria de um poste\u201d, disse a pol\u00edcia. <\/p>\n<p>Ele sofreu um choque com risco de vida, que o deixou inconsciente. A pessoa que ligou para o 911 relatou que parecia estar tendo uma convuls\u00e3o e parou de respirar. <\/p>\n<p>Um despachante deu ao chamador instru\u00e7\u00f5es para iniciar a RCP no local at\u00e9 que os policiais chegassem ao local \u201cmomentos depois\u201d, disse a pol\u00edcia. <\/p>\n<p>Um dos policiais realizou compress\u00f5es tor\u00e1cicas e a \u00e1rea foi liberada, pois os socorristas n\u00e3o tinham certeza no momento da origem do choque el\u00e9trico, disse a pol\u00edcia. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cOs socorristas de Wellesley aplicaram v\u00e1rios choques do DEA entre a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de RCP e a respira\u00e7\u00e3o da v\u00edtima\u201d, disse a pol\u00edcia. \u201cO \u00faltimo choque administrado \u00e0 v\u00edtima pelo DEA pareceu reanim\u00e1-la quando ela recuperou o pulso.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>O homem foi inicialmente transportado para o Hospital Newton Wellesley antes de ser levado para o Hospital Geral de Massachusetts. <\/p>\n<p>A pol\u00edcia disse que as autoridades municipais da Usina Municipal de Luz de Wellesley responderam para ajudar na reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o do acidente e para realizar uma verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a do poste.
