Na cidade de Malibu, o aluguel m\u00e9dio de um apartamento de dois quartos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boston.com\/tag\/renting\/\">apartamento <\/a>custar\u00e1 US $ 6.500.<\/p>\n<p>A Fl\u00f3rida ficou em terceiro lugar, com 15 CEPs. Fisher Island est\u00e1 no topo da lista como o local mais caro para locat\u00e1rios em 2024. O aluguel m\u00e9dio de um apartamento de dois quartos aqui custar\u00e1 US$ 25.000.<\/p>\n<p>Texas e Nevada entraram nas listas dos 10 estados mais caros pela primeira vez. O Texas tem visto muita imigra\u00e7\u00e3o e Nevada est\u00e1 sofrendo com a falta de estoque.
