De acordo com o colunista Rogerio Gentile, o motivo seria uma d\u00edvida de aproximadamente 100 mil reais com uma mulher que teria sido constrangida durante o antigo programa do cantor, Domingo da Gente, exibido em 2001.<br \/>A situa\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu quando a mulher foi at\u00e9 \u00e0 atra\u00e7\u00e3o pedir ajuda financeira para um transplante que sua irm\u00e3 necessitava. Na ocasi\u00e3o, ela foi pressionada por Netinho a doar o \u00f3rg\u00e3o. No processo, ela falou que se sentiu pressionada e humilhada pelo artista. Al\u00e9m disso, afirmou que ap\u00f3s ser transmitido na TV, ela passou a receber ofensas na rua.\n<\/p>\n<p>O caso foi julgado em 2013 e Netinho foi condenado a pagar a indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o, mas ainda n\u00e3o pagou.
