A ju\u00edza Jane Prince libertou Velasquez sob fian\u00e7a pessoal, e seu advogado de defesa se recusou a comentar ap\u00f3s a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de ter\u00e7a-feira.<\/p>\n<p>A pol\u00edcia de Revere disse que policiais foram enviados para um acidente na Avenida Cushman por volta das 6h12 da manh\u00e3 de domingo e chegaram para descobrir que um carro havia atingido um muro de conten\u00e7\u00e3o de tijolos e sofrido graves danos. Velasquez \u2013 o \u00fanico ocupante do ve\u00edculo \u2013 saiu ileso e a pol\u00edcia o prendeu sob suspeita de dirigir embriagado.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a pol\u00edcia de Revere, Velasquez se formou na Academia de Pol\u00edcia de Lowell em 10 de outubro, e o departamento mant\u00e9m os novos policiais em liberdade condicional por um ano ap\u00f3s a formatura.
