Rose, diretor da Centercorp Retail e propriet\u00e1rio da propriedade, disse que a for\u00e7a motriz por tr\u00e1s desta reforma \u00e9 o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boston.com\/tag\/mbta-communities-act\/\">Lei das Comunidades MBTA <\/a>O governador Charlie Baker assinou em 2021. A lei visa incentivar o desenvolvimento de moradias multifamiliares nas comunidades atendidas pelo T. <\/p>\n<p>O projeto, que o Conselho de Planejamento de Swampscott aprovou em <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swampscottma.gov\/community-and-economic-development\/pages\/vinnin-square-design-guidelines\">2023<\/a>inclui 163 apartamentos, dos quais 16 casas ser\u00e3o classificadas como acess\u00edveis, de acordo com o resumo. <\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c9 uma renova\u00e7\u00e3o e revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um centro comercial existente com a adi\u00e7\u00e3o de alguns componentes, elementos do programa\u201d, disse <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcadesign.com\/people\/david-chilinski\/\">David Chilinski<\/a>cofundador e presidente da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcadesign.com\/\">Prellwitz Chilinski Associados<\/a>o escrit\u00f3rio de arquitetura com sede na Grande Boston por tr\u00e1s do projeto. <\/p>\n<p>Outros componentes do projeto incluem espa\u00e7os verdes, esta\u00e7\u00f5es de carregamento de ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos, passarelas para pedestres, \u00e1reas de estar e muito mais, afirma o resumo da remodela\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n<p>Chilinski acrescentou que os \u201cespa\u00e7os verdes\u201d s\u00e3o essencialmente relvados onde se podem ver crian\u00e7as a brincar sentadas num caf\u00e9. \u201c\u00c9 realmente criar um terceiro lugar, que n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas onde voc\u00ea est\u00e1 em casa e n\u00e3o apenas onde voc\u00ea faz compras, mas tamb\u00e9m um lugar onde voc\u00ea encontra seus vizinhos e fica por a\u00ed.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>As medidas de sustentabilidade mencionadas no resumo da remodela\u00e7\u00e3o incluem:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9dio residencial para atender <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usgbc.org\/leed\">LEED Ouro<\/a> metas de sustentabilidade e o c\u00f3digo de energia especializado opcional de Swampscott \u2013 totalmente el\u00e9trico, reduzindo a depend\u00eancia de combust\u00edveis f\u00f3sseis.<\/li>\n<li> Esta\u00e7\u00f5es de carregamento de ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos.<\/li>\n<li>Uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 28% nas superf\u00edcies de asfalto existentes.<\/li>\n<li>Um aumento de 32 por cento em \u00e1reas paisag\u00edsticas e \u00e1rvores<\/li>\n<li>Aproveitamento de plantios nativos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O projeto dever\u00e1 ser conclu\u00eddo at\u00e9 o final de 2027, disse Rose.<\/p>\n<p>O shopping foi constru\u00eddo em 1973 e reconstru\u00eddo em 1991-1992.
