Eles tamb\u00e9m supostamente mentiram em formul\u00e1rios para obter o perd\u00e3o de seus empr\u00e9stimos do Programa de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao Cheque de Pagamento, disseram promotores federais.<\/p>\n<p>Orisca, que trabalha como diretor desde o final de 2021, supostamente solicitou aux\u00edlio-desemprego pand\u00eamico e benef\u00edcios de empr\u00e9stimo para pequenas empresas. Enquanto trabalhava em tempo integral, ele arrecadou cerca de US$ 54.700 em benef\u00edcios e fundos de empr\u00e9stimos para pequenas empresas, de acordo com o gabinete do procurador dos EUA, Joshua Levy.<\/p>\n<p>Murphy, que trabalha no SCSD desde o in\u00edcio de 2022, supostamente arrecadou cerca de US$ 44.346 em benef\u00edcios e fundos de empr\u00e9stimos \u201caos quais ela n\u00e3o tinha direito\u201d, disse o escrit\u00f3rio de Levy.<\/p>\n<p>A acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de fraude eletr\u00f4nica acarreta pena de at\u00e9 20 anos de pris\u00e3o, tr\u00eas anos de liberdade supervisionada e multa de US$ 250 mil.
