Uma terceira pessoa foi baleada, mas sobreviveu, e uma quarta pessoa que estava no ve\u00edculo n\u00e3o ficou ferida.<\/p>\n<p>Morales, de Waterbury, Connecticut, \u00e9 acusado de homic\u00eddio, agress\u00e3o e outros crimes. Ele foi extraditado no s\u00e1bado para Connecticut de Porto Rico, onde foi preso em 23 de novembro. Ele pode pegar pris\u00e3o perp\u00e9tua sem possibilidade de liberdade condicional se for condenado.<\/p>\n<p>A pol\u00edcia alegou no mandado de pris\u00e3o que Morales parou ao lado do ve\u00edculo em que as v\u00edtimas estavam e abriu fogo em plena luz do dia em Hartford, ap\u00f3s uma breve conversa com Mercado na qual ela lhe disse que seu beb\u00ea estava no SUV. Morales respondeu: \u201cN\u00e3o me importo\u201d, segundo uma testemunha citada pela pol\u00edcia no mandado.<\/p>\n<p>As autoridades disseram no mandado que acreditam que a arma de fogo do atirador era totalmente autom\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>O advogado de Morales na audi\u00eancia n\u00e3o respondeu diretamente \u00e0s acusa\u00e7\u00f5es, dizendo apenas que Morales n\u00e3o tinha condi\u00e7\u00f5es de pagar a fian\u00e7a de US$ 5 milh\u00f5es e que ele \u00e9 residente vital\u00edcio de Connecticut.<\/p>\n<p>O mandado de pris\u00e3o dizia que Mercado estava alugando um SUV Mazda de Morales por US$ 100 por dia e estava atrasado no pagamento, devendo-lhe US$ 400.<\/p>\n<p>Morales foi anteriormente condenado por tentativa de agress\u00e3o n\u00e3o relacionada e tem v\u00e1rios outros processos criminais pendentes no estado. A pr\u00f3xima data do julgamento foi marcada para 8 de janeiro.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a audi\u00eancia de segunda-feira, um homem no tribunal gritou com Morales.
