Fechamentos de acostamentos foram implementados no in\u00edcio desta semana para que os trabalhadores pudessem atualizar as placas ao longo da rodovia. <\/p>\n<p>Limites de velocidade \u201cirrealisticamente baixos\u201d podem representar um perigo para os motoristas porque promovem dois grupos de motoristas: aqueles que excedem o limite de velocidade e aqueles que n\u00e3o excedem o limite de velocidade. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cO aumento da uniformidade na velocidade dos ve\u00edculos diminuir\u00e1 os acidentes, reduzindo a probabilidade de ultrapassagens muito pr\u00f3ximas, ultrapassagens indevidas e outras formas de condu\u00e7\u00e3o imprudente\u201d, de acordo com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mass.gov\/info-details\/speed-limit-and-advisory-speed-signs\">MassDOT<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Ao mudar o limite de velocidade de uma estrada, as autoridades se esfor\u00e7am para torn\u00e1-lo &#8220;exequ\u00edvel&#8221;. Geralmente, os limites de velocidade devem estar no 85\u00ba percentil, ou a velocidade em que cerca de 85% dos motoristas est\u00e3o indo.
