No terceiro trimestre, a cidade teve 4,09 meses de estoque para atender a demanda. Ou seja, esse \u00e9 o tempo que levaria para vender o n\u00famero de listagens ativas. Compare isso com o terceiro trimestre de 2023, que teve apenas 3,07 meses, e o mesmo trimestre de 2020, que teve 5,23 meses.
