Levy.<\/p>\n<p>Pepo Herd El, 51, de Dorchester, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boston.com\/news\/local-news\/2024\/12\/14\/dorchester-man-pleads-guilty-to-carrying-a-loaded-gun-at-mbta-station\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">se declarou culpado<\/a> no in\u00edcio deste m\u00eas a duas acusa\u00e7\u00f5es de ser um criminoso em posse de arma de fogo e muni\u00e7\u00e3o. Herd El foi preso no Dia de A\u00e7\u00e3o de Gra\u00e7as de 2020 e est\u00e1 sob cust\u00f3dia desde ent\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Na quinta-feira, um juiz condenou Herd El a pena de pris\u00e3o mais 10 dias, o que equivale a cerca de 49 meses de pris\u00e3o, segundo o gabinete de Levy. A senten\u00e7a ser\u00e1 seguida de tr\u00eas anos de liberdade supervisionada. <\/p>\n<p>De acordo com os investigadores, Herd El pegou um \u00f4nibus de sua casa em Dorchester para a esta\u00e7\u00e3o Ruggles em Roxbury, onde a pol\u00edcia estava esperando.
