Antes deste ano, o valor que a maioria das empresas multiestatais pagava em impostos era formulado utilizando tr\u00eas factores: os n\u00fameros de emprego local, as suas participa\u00e7\u00f5es imobili\u00e1rias e as vendas no estado.
