Uma foto postada na p\u00e1gina do Facebook do Departamento de Pol\u00edcia de Worcester mostrou a cole\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00e1pides, que inclu\u00eda ins\u00edgnias militares da Legi\u00e3o Americana e do Woman&#8217;s Relief Corps.<\/p>\n<p>Uma queixa criminal emitida em 4 de janeiro pelo Tribunal Distrital de Worcester indica que Theurer supostamente cometeu esses crimes em 27 e 28 de dezembro. A declara\u00e7\u00e3o de fatos apresentada no mesmo dia observa que Theurer supostamente usou seu cart\u00e3o de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o MA para se identificar ao vender as l\u00e1pides para Res\u00edduos e reciclagem superiores. A declara\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos tamb\u00e9m cita Theurer como uma tentativa de \u201cdestruir e mutilar (os marcadores).<\/p>\n<p>Theurer foi processado na segunda-feira e recebeu fian\u00e7a de US$ 5.000 ou US$ 500 em dinheiro. Em vez de pagar fian\u00e7a, Theurer foi internado na Casa de Corre\u00e7\u00e3o do Condado de Worcester e aguarda uma audi\u00eancia pr\u00e9-julgamento, marcada para 3 de fevereiro.<\/p>\n<p>O escrit\u00f3rio de advocacia de Michael C.
