Estava em 6,66% h\u00e1 um ano e <a href=\"https:\/\/fred.stlouisfed.org\/series\/MORTGAGE30US\">3,64 por cento h\u00e1 cinco anos<\/a>. O rendimento do Tesouro de 10 anos subiu de 3,62% em meados de setembro para 4,66% esta semana.<\/p>\n<p>O aumento est\u00e1 ocorrendo com o pre\u00e7o das casas subindo de forma constante.<\/p>\n<p>As elevadas taxas de hipotecas e o aumento dos pre\u00e7os das casas mantiveram a propriedade fora do alcance de muitos potenciais compradores de casas. Embora as vendas de casas anteriormente ocupadas nos EUA tenham aumentado em Novembro pelo segundo m\u00eas consecutivo, o mercado imobili\u00e1rio continua em queda e no caminho para o seu pior ano desde 1995.<\/p>\n<p>O relat\u00f3rio do governo sobre as vendas de casas em dezembro ser\u00e1 divulgado ainda este m\u00eas.<\/p>\n<p>As taxas de juros t\u00eam subido desde o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalreserve.gov\/\">Reserva Federal<\/a> sinalizou no m\u00eas passado que espera aumentar a sua taxa de refer\u00eancia apenas duas vezes este ano, abaixo dos quatro cortes previstos em Setembro.<\/p>\n<p>A Fed est\u00e1 a travar os cortes nas taxas porque a infla\u00e7\u00e3o permanece teimosamente acima da meta de 2% do banco central, apesar de ter ca\u00eddo desde o seu pico de meados de 2022. <\/p>\n<p>A taxa m\u00e9dia de uma hipoteca de taxa fixa de 15 anos, popular entre os propriet\u00e1rios que procuram refinanciar, subiu de 6,13% para 6,14% e est\u00e1 no seu ponto mais alto desde julho.
