A decis\u00e3o foi proferida pelo juiz Paulo Furtado, da 2\u00aa Vara de Fal\u00eancias e Recupera\u00e7\u00f5es Judiciais de S\u00e3o Paulo, que apontou a falta de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de d\u00e9bitos com credores, incluindo valores devidos a ex-funcion\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a senten\u00e7a, a administradora judicial do caso relatou reiteradamente a aus\u00eancia de pagamentos e notificou a empresa sobre as pend\u00eancias. Mesmo assim, a Editora Tr\u00eas n\u00e3o apresentou comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de quita\u00e7\u00e3o. O grupo chegou a solicitar o encerramento da recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, mas o pedido foi negado pelo magistrado, que entendeu que o descumprimento das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no plano justificava a convers\u00e3o do processo em fal\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Com a decis\u00e3o, o administrador judicial dever\u00e1 apresentar, em at\u00e9 10 dias, a rela\u00e7\u00e3o atualizada de credores, considerando os valores pagos durante a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e incluindo d\u00e9bitos que n\u00e3o estavam sujeitos ao plano original. Al\u00e9m disso, ficam suspensas todas as a\u00e7\u00f5es e execu\u00e7\u00f5es movidas contra a empresa.<\/p>\n<p>A fal\u00eancia ocorre poucos dias ap\u00f3s a Editora Tr\u00eas anunciar o fim das edi\u00e7\u00f5es impressas das revistas Isto\u00c9 e Isto\u00c9 Dinheiro.
